Extra care housing schemes
Extra care housing schemes are aimed at people aged 55 years or over with support needs and some care needs. These schemes allow residents to live independently but give them access to care and support services on-site, for example a communal lounge, library services and assisted bathrooms.

- Radley Court Extra Care Scheme in Sheldon
- Manor Court Extra Care Scheme in Acocks Green
- Hasbury Court Extra Care Scheme in Bartley Green
