Highways developers design guidance
This page contains design guidance for developers to produce section 38 and section 278 applications to Â鶹ÊÓƵ.
Applications for section 38 and 278 should be made to PrivateDevelopments@birmingham.gov.uk.

Designers, or third parties, must ensure that the guidance satisfies all requirements of the scheme that they wish to apply it to.
