Who produces the guidance for the process of school exclusions?
The Department for Education (DfE) produces the guidance for exclusions.
Governing Bodies, Local Authorities, Principals, Academy Trusts, Special Educational Needs Experts and Independent Review Panels must all follow the guidance.
