How to complete your tenant satisfaction surveys

We are carrying out tenant satisfaction surveys to find out how we are doing and how we can improve our services to our tenants.

You can find the tenant satisfaction surveys in your . If you do not have a BRUM account, you will need to using your Tenancy Reference number or Payment Reference number. You will find this in any letter or email from the Housing Department.

You can also use your BRUM account to access other housing and council services, such as paying your rent or Council Tax.

How to complete a tenant satisfaction survey

Sign in to your BRUM account. You will arrive at your account page.

Scroll down until you see the 'Housing' section and select 'Other housing online services'.

Read the information under 'Satisfaction surveys' and then select 'Complete your satisfaction surveys'.

You will then be taken to the 'My Summary' page. Select 'My Surveys' and choose the relevant survey.

Each survey should take less than five minutes to complete. By completing one, you are making sure your voice is heard and helping improve our services.

You can also complete a satisfaction survey over the phone by calling our contact centre on 0121 303 5054 and choosing option 4.

Surveys are not submitted anonymously.
