- The Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted by Cabinet on 26 April 2022. The SPD provides detailed guidance to support the implementation of policies in the Development Management in Â鶹ÊÓƵ Development Plan Document and Â鶹ÊÓƵ Development Plan in relation to Houses in Multiple Occupation.
